YEEPEE LIVE SET Yeepee is Joan (voice) and Emmanuel (voice, piano, guitar). Indie-rock self-raised person, Joan get involved in this musical adventure beside her first-assistant movie director work. At the outset, Emmanuel wishes to go further in a musical level, mainly on voice and melody stuffs, than his past ("Sourflavor" experimental metal) or beside musical experiences (Zôôn, indietronica), two bands he toured with in France, Spain or Switzerland. The basis of composition is minimalist pop with lo-fi affinities, both inspired by the antifolk movement, Smog, The Lilac Time or The Mountain Goats. Concerning the style, Yeepee can be defined as an "antifolk à la française" combo. http://yeepee.bandcamp.com/
